Terms of service

One account, one person. You register with your phone number and verify it by OTP. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. There's a single account type — the same account lets you browse, and also create and manage any number of business, job, or property listings, in any combination.

You're responsible for the accuracy of any listing you submit — business, job opening, or property — including its description, photos, pricing, and contact details. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live; we may reject or ask you to revise a submission that's inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms, and you can resubmit after making changes. Some categories require identity (KYC) verification before a listing can be approved.

You must have the right to post what you submit. Don't list a business, job, or property you don't own or aren't authorized to advertise, and don't use a listing to advertise something illegal, fraudulent, or unrelated to its stated category.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the business or property you're reviewing. Don't post reviews for listings you own, and don't use enquiries to send spam, harassment, or unrelated solicitations. We may remove content or restrict an account that abuses these features.

• Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your affiliation
• Uploading KYC documents that aren't your own or aren't genuine
• Attempting to bypass contact-visibility rules or scrape listing data at scale
• Interfering with the platform's normal operation or security

We may reject, remove, or suspend a listing or an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical. You can stop using DevaConnect at any time; contact us if you'd like your account and data removed (see our privacy policy).

DevaConnect is a directory — we help people discover and get in touch with listings, but we're not a party to any transaction, employment, tenancy, or agreement between users. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listing content beyond our review process, and we're not responsible for the conduct of any user, business, employer, or landlord you interact with through the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use DevaConnect after a change means you accept the updated terms.
